”Unfortunately, the restaurant and lounge were temporarily closed and there was a mechanical problem that caused the elevators and hallways to be very hot. However, these were temporary conditions and I, otherwise, loved my stay. I will stay here again in the future and look forward to experiencing the hotel when everything is up and running. The staff was amazing. The room was amazing. I look forward to a return visit.”

”I have traveled a lot in my days (62 years old) and I can truly say, I am appalled that this hotel is even on anyone's website to stay even for an hour, not alone over night. It was the worst experience I have ever had; I had to change my room from only being there 10 minutes (used the bathroom and the toilet was stopped up); there were used condoms on a chair (even after the front desk clerk, stated the maintenance guys just cleaned); no towel, tissue holders, no mirror in bathroom or hotel...

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...
