”The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was somewhat dated. The staff was very responsive, and the hotel was within walking distance of the Obama Library and the Museum of Science and Industry. The Hyde Park area of Chicago is lovely. The hotel was reasonably priced.”

”This property should not be available for rent. Based on the reviews and our own experience, Expedia should seriously consider removing this place from its listings. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—not even my worst enemy. Neither the motel nor the surrounding neighborhood is suitable for tourists. The place was so dirty and unpleasant that we decided not to stay there at all. It was absolutely disgusting, and we felt uncomfortable staying in the area. This was a terrible experience, and I...

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

”Great experience!Very clean! Would stay again”

”Staff was excellent! Location was incredible! We were able to see and do so much by just walking from the hotel. Fantastic stay at a wonderful property!”

”Our room needed more lighting in the bathroom and the main bed room plus it could have used a clock. The thermostat seemed to not maintain our temperature adjustments up and down. The shower could have used a mat to protect me from sliding. It also would be helpful with another rail or handle for protection in the shower from slipping. Same is true for the main bath room area; it too could have used a temperature control for when you left the shower. Otherwise it was a good hotel.”

”The hotel staff was amazing, everyone was kind and helpful and made us feel welcomed to the hotel and the city. We enjoyed walking to most places since the location of the hotel was very central, the subway stops were also very close by. I can really recommend this hotel and its staff - they really made our vacation a memorable one. ”

”Great parking and big living room.”

”Generally speaking, we had a wonderful stay! The window seats were a BIG hit for us all and we spent many hours sitting in them, watching people, cars and boats. The location could not be beat and we were able to walk just about everywhere. The river is literally steps away. If you're booking a suite, paying extra for the river view is absolutely worth it! However, advertising the suite as suitable for 4 adults is a joke. We were travelling with 2 adults + 1 child (12 y/o) and it was just about...

Kylpyhuoneet vaatisivat perusteellisempaa suursiivousta. Kuntosali oli kookas ja välineitä riittävästi.”

”For the price rooms aren’t that clean, couches old floor need carpet cleaning. Our couch mattress was old and dirty looks like blood stains and mold Wouldn’t stay again”
