”Very worn out hotel with quite a low customer service. Reception was not eager to serve and no smile on sight! Location was nice and convenient. Even though rooms were cleaned daily, there was dust on the floors.”

”We had a great stay at the Viceroy! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool. The service, food and drinks were great. Location is easy to get to from the airport and close to everything. Would absolutely stay again! Of note if traveling with children (we had our 9 year old with us), the couches in the suites do not have a pull out bed, but there is room in the living room to accommodate the rollaway twin beds they provide.”

”Beautiful, clean rooms. Great location. The valet parking was expensive. Customers were not allowed to use the fridge in the room unless they used the minibar products. Also, no complimentary coffee or tea was offered. Otherwise very good!”

”I may have found my new DC hotel It's been an awesome experience. Staff is so nice and accommodating. I love the feel of the space. I usually stay in SE but it's been harder to get a room for a reasonable rate. I travel to DC quite a bit for work. I'm glad to have this new option.”
