”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”Breakfast is fantastic. Great location to use train. Not crazy about $70 fee. We did not need bikes or Peloton. Room was fantastic, but bathroom small. However, water pressure was awesome, and the bathroom off of the dressing room perfect. No bathroom fan, but dressing room space helped. Loved it.”

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”Clean and nice hotel very close to L’Enfant plaza metro (use entrance/exit B). Friendly service. Tiny room but worked well for us. Only minor complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was kinda lame…but like I said, minor. Enjoyed my stay and very much loved the pillows and comfy bed :)”

”I was very disappointed with this property and would not stay again. There was a high pitch tone in the room at night and in the morning. There was a 30. daily fee added to the $300+ a night charge but could be used in restaurant so I went there for breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and the food quite bad. Service the same. ugh
Penty of other places to choose from.”

”Extremely Disappointing Stay — Multiple Dirty Rooms, Stained Bedding, and an Unacceptable Presidential Suite.
I genuinely wish I were writing a positive review, but our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for my husband and me turned into a frustrating experience involving multiple room changes, questionable cleanliness, stained bedding, and repeated conversations with management. We specifically reserved a room with a balcony because...
