”Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. And we loved our small kitchen, it was handy and there was everything you could imagine to need. Althaugh the room could have been cleaner. There was a bit dust and crumbs everywhere, as if the room had not been vacuumed at all. Also air conditioning was surprisingly noisy, the whole room was resonating, so it didn't help to switch it off. But overall it was a ok stay in a good price.”

”Excellent and helpful staff. Great dining. Comfortable rooms. The stairs are difficult for those with mobility problems. Finding the parking would have been very difficult without the sat nav but it only a short walk close to hotel. Good for overnight but you have to move after 4 hours during the day. Other parking is farther away. ”

”The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Even though I arrived about 11AM they let me go to my room. Official check in is 3 PM. While in room I lost a gold ring that was found by staff and I am in process of getting it sent to me. All of the staff were extremely helpful. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had and I have travelled throughout the world.”

”Beautiful setting in a country house right in the village of Burley. Walk past green pastures,along the driveway and you are there. Sit on the front patio and watch the deer walk by, and eat right in front of you. Two comfortable lounges, and a Bar, really nice Dining Room. Full Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu's. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Tea and Expresso, complimentary water and sparkling water.”

”Everything was lovely, especially liked the extra touches in the bedroom for my daughter (mini robe and slippers, wash set, play book and crayons, plus a cookie). The only let down was this morning at breakfast they were 4 staff short we were told and it was very clear in the service, we waited over 20mins for our drinks, our whole breakfast went were in there about an hour and a half which made us slightly late for check out, it was a shame as it left an amazing stay with a bad ending.”

”Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were at tentative and welcoming, knew local knowledge when asked directions, would stay again. Down side car park attached to hotel is down a steep slope so not good if you can’t walk far, no direct access from car park into hotel. I had a room with a balcony, two chairs it could do with a small table to put your drink on. ”
