”Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice...

”The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice, with upgraded amenities - espresso and fancy chocolates in the coffee bar, top shelf liquor, juices and iced coffee in the "minibar" Smeg refrigerator. Nice pool and cabañas, restaurant and bars. Good vibes all around.”

”Larry at the front desk was great. Room was clean and fine for a quick overnight stay from the airport. Food/ lounge was absolutely horrible. Half the menu was unavailable after we ordered, nothing fresh, table of 4 ppl and pretty much everything was cafeteria style frozen breaded chicken with straight franks red hot dumped over it. Don't like to complain. But restaurant prices for garbage food, fast food at the airport would have been better. Hilton can do better”
