”En juuri tätä hotellia juuri enempää voi kommentoida, kuin sijainti Zermatissa oli hyvä. Hotelli ulkoa ja aulasta tosi siisti ja palvelu vastaanottopalvelu ystävällistä. Hotelli oli ylibuukattu ja meidät siirrettiin toiseen parempaan hotelliin, mikä olikin aivan loistava upeine Spa osastoineen ja aamiaisineen.”

”Cumplió con la estadía. Sin embargo, la atencion no fue la mejor ni de cerca. Me gustaria atribuirselo a la cantidad de gente que habia, pero no me pareció que fuera así. Escanearon mi tarjeta de credito para "garantia del sistema", cosa que es incorrecto en muchos niveles. Me di cuenta tarde. No lo volvería a elegir. ”

”Hatte ein Einzelzimmer in einem Nebengebäude. Es war äusserst komfortabel und geräumig für ein Einzelzimmer. Auch die kleine Gemeinschaftsterasse mit Nischen, Tischchen und Aschenbechern gefiell sehr! Ein kleiner Abzug für die am Morgen relativ lauten Betriebsgeräusche rundherum. ( teilweise hatte ich auch das Gefühl, dass Leute mit Skischuhen im oberen Stock rumgelaufen sind ) Ansonsten Top Hotel, freundlicher Empfang! ”

”Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better....

”Hotel staff was great. Nuria was very informative on local activities and getting us to where we wanted to go. We were able to get to a viewing site for the Matterhorn thanks to her help. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were nice and spacious. One of the few hotels that I actually didn't want to leave, because I was comfortable there. ”

”Perfect location near railway station, all the shops and restaurants. We had a family room booked. There were two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it convenient for four people. Beds were comfortable and the balcony a nice bonus. Breakfast was quite large and service overall very good.We were also allowed to use the whirlpool outside the official hours.Would definately recommend this hotel.”

”Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Zermatt. It took six minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the location is perfect. You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. I would definitely stay here again.”

”The hotel is lovely. It's beautiful and elegant in very nice surrondings. The only thing what was negative was that one day during our stay there started some kind of roof renovation just above our room and there was ladder in front of our balcony, roof stones and people going up and down plus a lot of noise which started at 7.30 am. Nobody informed us about this renovation. We went to tell to the reception what was happening and they were sorry and gave us an upgraded room.”

”Absolutely beautiful hotel in an equally stunning location. So convenient to the train station and to the Gornergrat mountain rail. Very clean room and excellent amenities in the room and facility. Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely return. Very helpful and friendly staff to guide us in the right direction around Zermatt.”

”Tosi ihana hotelli alppimaisemissa, lyhyt kävelymatka kaikkialle autottomassa Zermattissa. Osassa huoneista Matterhorn-näköala parvekkeella ja hotellin alakerrassa japanilaistyylinen pieni kylpylä. Aamiainen on runsas ja ylellinen noutopöytä ja hotellissa on kaikkiaan 7 eri ravintolaa ja baaria. Palvelu on huippuystävällistä, suosittelen lämpimästi.”
