”Hotelli rauhallinen ja erittäin siisti. Ruoka oli ravintoloissa korkeatasoista ja monipuolista. Enemmän alueita voisi olla vain aikuisille ( lounge ja aamiainen).”

”Huonekuvauksessa luvatut kylpytakit puutuivat eikä kylpyhuonetuotteet olleet ns. merkkituotteita. Moderni ja tilava sviitti merinäkymineen ja terassijazucceineen oli viehättävä, mutta työn jälki esim. wc:n seinäpainikkeen ympärillä ja terassin puurakenteissa ei ihan parasta A-luokkaa. Suihkussa kosteusvaurioita kärsinyt PUINEN lattiaritilä vähän ikävän näköinen ja haiskahtava. Vastaanottotiski juoksutti meitä kahteen kertaan uutta avainkorttia hakemassa, vaikka vika olikin sähkölukon patterin...

”Extremely beautiful hotel. Wonderful food and the nicest staff. Room interor was not the comfiest. Also the wifi worked only at 1am. I had a good holiday here and felt relaxed. But it’s the little things that give any hotel their fifth star. Fruit fly invasion at breakfast isn’t one of them.”

”Hôtel neuf haut de gamme face à la mer., a quelques minutes a pieds du lac et du centre. Parking en face, le voiturier s'occupe de tout. Grandes chambres spacieuses, lit grand et très confortable. Plusieurs piscines Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top que ce soit en terme de qualité et d'offre. Enfin, un mot spécial pour le personnel qui est vraiment au petit soins pour rendre le séjour des plus agréables. Un bug sur l'application m'empêche de mettre des photos ”

”Elounda beach ja palace hotellit ovat samaa ja puolin ja toisin voi käyttää Palveluita. Nyt olimme beach puolella, joka on se ”fiinimpi”. 5 hengen perheeenä olimme 2 huoneen yhdistelmässä, joka toimi mukavasti. Tosin huoneet olivat hieman vanhentuneet ja osa asioista ei ollut ihan kunnossa. Siisteydessä toivoisi hieman myös tarkkuutta. Suurin syy miksi olimme nyt toista vuotta putkeen on ravintolat ja palvelu. Useampi vaihtoehto aina fine dinigista kreikkalaiseen tavernaan. Ruoka todella hyvää...

”This is a large resort hotel & we were so relaxed there we deciided to stay another full day to enjoy it. Breakfast buffet was huge & delicious & service was friendly & helpful. Our room was immaculate & modern & spacious, view was incredible. Lovely pool & beach, multiple restaurants & free taxi via BOAT offered. ”

”They were only running for 2 days when we checked in. It's lovely and had a private tub. The staffs are great and they really do try to accomodate. The elecrticity kept tripping during the stay, the breakfast does need upgrading (more cut fresh fruits would be great). Would recommend though”

”The hotel was clean and beautiful and rooms great size. The entertainment was unfortunately terrible apart from one guy who did the table tennis there was no active promotion of activities and the ones that did run weren’t set up well one member of staff just set up then sat on her phone and let the guests crack on One of the bar staff was totally rude and inappropriate giving underage teenagers shots even questioned my 13 year old why he didn’t want alcohol on holiday but it was only her all...

”Les plus: Site superbe Hotel à taille humaine De nombreux transats où poser ses serviettes, 2 belles piscines, une petite plage et et des rochers avec une très belle vue ( pas besoin de se battre) Petit déjeuner de qualité sur une terrasse surplombant la piscine et la mer Dîner demi-pension qualitatif, entrée et dessert en buffet, plat principal ( 4 choix dont 1 végétarien) servi à table en salle ou en terrasse Spa très bien Les moins : Chambre standard petite et un peu vieillissante Suite...
