”Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails

”Amenities are great. You are in a middle of wildlife. We see monkeys, iguanas and coaties everyday. it is a big resort to explore. They have a few big pools. The beach wasn't as what we expected because of the sargassum but the resort staffs did try to remove them everyday. There are sections where you can swim but we decided to stay by the pool. ”The entire staff at the resort are amazing. Our concierge Gina was very helpful with recommendations for tours off the property, and things to do on the property. Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. ”We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and comfortable. A few issues to identify- it was confusing to find out where to check in as this was a separate entity from Grand Bahia Principe. Some of the security guards didn’t know where to send us. One other issue was the little plunge pool was very cold and wasn’t really usable.
Some great things to mention- couch and kitchen were a great place to relax. We cooked a few meals which made it feel like being home.
