”Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. ”New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. ”Beach Enclave was stunning. Satheesh our butler was amazing and went over the top to make our stay great. If you are looking for quiet and calm shallow water I’d stay in long bay. If you want deeper water with waves I’d stay on the grace bay side.”
