”BEWARE!! AVOID !! We had a horrible incident where while I was in the my hotel room with my 1 year old daughter I had my do Not disturb sign on my door (since Sunday it is not Wednesday) I heard someone trying to open my door. I was alarmed and screamed. Mt husband ran to the door and saw an employee running down stairs. We immediately went to speak to the manager Olivia who was VERY dismissive after telling her we do not feel safe and feel like our safety and privacy was violated. She told us...

”Go big or go home when coming to Turks and Caicos. The Tides was not very big, and for us it made the trip underwhelming. Being in between once and a lifetime resort compounds, it definitely gave us some fomo. We had a beautiful time, but we could’ve gotten this for much cheaper in Florida. Either go to Florida and ball out with this kind of money, or wait until you can afford the best of the best.”

”Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!”

”The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”

”You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

”Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms holds all amenities needed. EG: (in room safe, Fridge, microwave, etc. Restaurant on site has a great menu and restaurant staff engaging and helpful. Overall great customer service. ”

”The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.”

”One of the best places I’ve been to, very friendly staff, very quiet, close to the beach, and plenty of swimming pool areas. Rooms are clean,stay nice and cold and have plenty of space.”
