Thank you For making this short gateway so special . We were so pleased with all your service and your amazing hotel and their services . We truly recommend this hotel for any future travelers. The clean spotless and the attention from their staff is amazing. In general people from Turk are very kind and hospitality.

I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compared with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. This is an incredibly safe place for ocean sports. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis Our concierge did a great job again arranging both activities for us. We will be returning again!

This is a wonderful place for families to vacation and be like private. It was just a little while off from most stuff for us and we didn’t book a car. Taxis were expensive for where they were taking you it was 40 dollars to drive us 8 mins away and back to get food. Besides that it’s a very nice place on the less busy side of the island!

The room and grounds are beautiful, even better than pictured. However the beach front was more like shore front. Which was a little disappointing, but their sister property, The Sands, had an excellent beach and they provided shuttle transportation. I had a wonderful stay and recommend you try it out.

The resort and people were amazing especially Ericka, Jane, and Sherry!!! Erika works at the boutique, Jane greets you for breakfast, and Sherry is usually at the swim bar. They make everything feel seamless. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think the rooms could use smart tvs for better television watching and they need outlets by the bed to allow technical device charging. I would definitly stay here again when going back to Turks & Caicos!
