”Staff was very professionally and friendly. After that kinda disappointed. The walls were like paper, you heard every noise from the hall into your bed and also inside the suite from the bathroom. The bed was almost too hard. Cleaning was not that good and they forgot to bring stuff if they took that. Not worth of pricing. ”

”Very nice hotel. Great location in the French quarter. Staff was very friendly. Had a Junior suite with an awesome balcony over looking the courtyard. However, bed sagged and left our backs aching. Told the staff after the first night and they said they would look into it but they didn’t. Got a cot for the third night which was more comfortable than the main bed. ”
