”Superb hotel, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars ! Food is superb. Fluffy towels, very comfortable beds with super linens. Staff so so helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and the spa is outstanding. Location is just beautiful, with gorgeous views and walks. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.”

”Brilliant stay, check in was quick and smooth. Show to our rooms which were clean and spacious with large king bed. Staff were excellent during the stay and even did us a meal which wasn't on the recently updated menu. Breakfast freshly cooked and again adapted the choice for my colleague. ”

”This B&B was great, just outside Bath. They had newly renovated rooms, very comfortable and bathroom looked almost new. Extra touches, like water bottle, bath products. Wifi worked well. There is also a restaurant/pub, but I did not have time to test their dinner menu, maybe next time! Breakfast menu was wide and very good! I would definitely recommend.”

”It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. ”

”The bedrooms have good facilities which adds to comfort, ie comfortable bed, Roberts radio, iron and ironing board, cafetière for your coffee as well as choice of teas. Large bathroom with good shower which was powerful and hot. We had dinner at the hotel and even though the food was okay, the service was slow. The staff were very apologetic but there were large parties in for dining and there are not enough waiting staff to cope.”

”The cottage and the entire property are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. The cottage is fully stocked with everything a guest may require.
