”Great location and the room was very clean and comfortable - and very spacious. However, the in-room dining was a disappointment (you cannot change a single ingredient in any item in the menu without extra charge + a delivery time of 50 minutes) - hence, didn't use it. ”Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room.
