”The staff was top notch! Anything we needed - no problem, they will assist us immediately. I had a last minute medical procedure the day before and didn’t want to cancel our anniversary staycation; they made sure our room service for Rick's Chophouse was perfect and was so kind and gracious to us and our needs. We stay every year for our anniversary, and every year they do NOT disappoint. Room does need some touching up with the paint, but other than that, it was beautiful, warm, and cozy. ”

”This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed. When the kitchen ceiling sprang a leak due to the large amounts of rain, the property manager wasn’t concerned or responsive until Expedia Customer...

”My son and I went to Lake Dallas for a wedding and stayed at the, " Lake Dallas Guest Trottage ". The home was very clean and welcoming. There were many amenities provided for our comfort. Immediately, upon our arrival, there was communication from the owners to let us know how they could be reached if we needed anything. There are a few restaurants close by and an Albertsons within a couple of miles. I recommend this cozy little cottage by the lake.”

"Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice when it was open."
