”Magnificent hotel! Staff was super kind and helpful. From the night receptionist to the gym personal trainer, absolutely fantastic attitude. Big thanks to the management, that you keep good care of your staff. If staff has everything well, then you will see it in the customer satisfaction. This is not happening very often. Big special thanks to F&B manager Elena Karlou. Elegant and tasteful food in every restaurant. Special credit from the desserts. Keep delivering the extraordinary....

”Hôtel neuf haut de gamme face à la mer., a quelques minutes a pieds du lac et du centre. Parking en face, le voiturier s'occupe de tout. Grandes chambres spacieuses, lit grand et très confortable. Plusieurs piscines Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top que ce soit en terme de qualité et d'offre. Enfin, un mot spécial pour le personnel qui est vraiment au petit soins pour rendre le séjour des plus agréables. Un bug sur l'application m'empêche de mettre des photos ”

”Hotelli oli positiivinen yllätys, vaikka tiesimme hyvät arvostelut etukäteen. All inclusive sopi lomailuun mainiosti ja mikä parasta, hyviä makuja löytyi lautaselle pääravintolan buffetistä herkutteluun asti niin ettei teemaravintoloissa käyty ollenkaan. Mereen rajautuva hotellin alue uima-altaineen on siisti ja viihtyisä. Varmasti lomaillaan täällä uudestaan. Hotelli on noin 20 min taximatkan päässä lentokentästä.”

”After other five star hotels in Crete, Akasha was a disappointment. Hotel is new, beds are comfy and restaurant staff are friendly. Beside that the hotel doea not meet the standards of a five star hotel. It has way too many rooms compared to the size of the area. Hotel and pool area feels very crowded. There are not enough sunbeds on the main pool area. Other pool is situated near beach and it is small and ugly. One problem is also the area, Hersonissos. The place has stuck to 90s. I would not...

”Extremely beautiful hotel. Wonderful food and the nicest staff. Room interor was not the comfiest. Also the wifi worked only at 1am. I had a good holiday here and felt relaxed. But it’s the little things that give any hotel their fifth star. Fruit fly invasion at breakfast isn’t one of them.”

”They were only running for 2 days when we checked in. It's lovely and had a private tub. The staffs are great and they really do try to accomodate. The elecrticity kept tripping during the stay, the breakfast does need upgrading (more cut fresh fruits would be great). Would recommend though”
