The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. ”I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came.
I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was...

”Cliveden is truly an amazing place to experience! We have stayed here before and this time was even better. Their staff is also absolutely amazing! We had quite a journey getting to England because our original flight to Paris was canceled so we got to Paris later than anticipated and then the trains to England were down because of the heat wave so we couldn't get to London as originally planned either.
