”We had a great stay. Very spacious.
Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. Our feet got really dirty very quickly and with little kids we had to clean their feet multiple times while in the home.”

”The property itself was nice but there was damage to our rental property throughout. Not to mention there were stains. We tried to use amenities in the main part of the resort but they either closed early or were closed period. Nice place but I don’t think we’ll be back.”

”Communication was great with the host! The property and included club house access was perfect for my family! We loved how spacious the home was and how we could easily walk to the club house. Everyone who worked at the gated community was friendly & we had a great time.
We have to say that there were only 2 minor gripes about our stay:
1. The master bed and the other single-bed mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. It made for some pretty restless nights. The kid's beds seemed to be...

”This property did not meet expectations based on the listing. The unit is advertised as sleeping seven guests and offering BBQ access, but neither was accurate during our stay.
Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns.
The most disappointing issue was the washer and dryer. The listing clearly...

”The owner did not provide enough of the necessary items for a condo. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for the amount of days booked. Washer and dryer did not worker properly. I sent request to fix but never showed up. Owner was very rude. We as always have left the property on time and cleaned the entire unit. I would never book here again my worst experience out of the 3 times I have been in Orlando. I think there are way better options and more affordable around Orlando.”

”We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror”

”Problemas con la ducha del baño, se dañó y quedó encendida con agua caliente saliendo no cerraba, tardaron 4 días en atender la situación. Los números de teléfono para llamar no funcionan, nadie los atiende, la asistencia al cliente vía Email, es decepcionante, Expedia me ayudo a contactarlos pero fue imposible.”
