Bianca at the reception was most courteous, helpful and friendly - she even helped us carry our luggage from the car. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center. ”Our visit to Cotswold Grange was first time and we were very impressed that we would consider staying again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and the chef catered for my dietary needs. The hotel is not far from the town centre so it was an easy walk there and back eliminating the need to look for parking.
