”Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster.”

”Misleading photos.
There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required.
The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Hotel’s pools are nice.
But the service is poor.. service wait times at restaurants .. not a 5 star service for sure”

”Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest.
Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers.
Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing.”

”The location right at the lake is amazing and the view from hotel room balcony magnificent. Overall service by the staff was good and everything worked smoothly. The only downside is the high (Swiss) prices at hotel restaurants and bars. Apart from that this hotel really become one of our favorites.”

”From seamless room upgrade to delicious restaurant food, service and lake view, to arranging complimentary transfer to the enchanting Villa d’Este sister property to enjoy gelato in a beautiful lakefront setting, to arranging personal appointments, the staff and property far exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommended for travellers enjoying superior quality and service! Perfect lakefront Piazza Cavour location making it easy and convenient to walk around the Old Town!”
