”The staff are super approachable and responsive.
My best friend and I had a lot of catching up to do after eight years of not seeing each other, and the staff were very nice about letting us continue our tete-a-tete in the Garden Court well after breakfast and almost into the lunch service!
Every staff member, from housekeeping, to the front desk to the valet to the concierge are truly excellent people!”

”We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else.”
