”We were there during the hurricane.The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe, well fed and entertained as we dealt with this catastrophe. Many of the staff hadn't been home in days. Didn't know if they had a home to go to or even if family members were okay. But they continued to take care of us with a positive attitude always. ”I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back...
