”I had a great stay at the Palace Hotel, San Francisco. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

”Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was a little warm so I asked to be moved. I was told that the AC actually turns off after no motion or activity in the room. Not sure how true that is. But it was unusually humid and sticky in the room. I did not get a good nights rest for the three nights I was there. The property itself is a little outdated, but that I’m sure leads to the charm. I do feel like pictures online should reflect the true character of the hotel. I don’t believe...

”The property is wonderful. It has the best Jim by far in San Francisco. The front desk, especially Ali was absolutely fantastic. We were very tired after a long drive. She was very accommodating. Got us an excellent room and sent us a nice welcome gift with a handwritten note. She absolutely went above and beyond and got us off to an excellent start in our stay at the San Francisco four seasons -market Street”
