”We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel! The team kindly upgraded us to mountain-facing rooms, which made our stay even more special. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable.
The reception team was always helpful, and they even packed food for our bus journey when we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end our stay.
An amazing hotel with warm hospitality and a team that really looks after its guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!”

”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations.
Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance. When the staff delivered our luggage, we asked about it and were advised to contact reception. A staff member came to check, acknowledged the smell and inspected the carpet,...

”Good location but a little walk up the hill. Cute clean place with great staff, great view, and good daily breakfast also. Would stay again.”

”This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. This hotel is not luxury. It smells old. It looks as if it’s not used. The doors had holes in them which allowed bugs to settle in the room. We...
