”This Four Seasons has lovely staff and service and is in a fantastic location. We came to go to Liberty Island, and it was so convenient! The room was lovely, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for 2 kids, including cupcakes, bubble bath, robes, and Four Seasons style local stuffies. The only complaint is the pool. ”Five star hotel without the luxury, unfotunately. Although our room was maybe the best I’ve ever been in any hotel anywhere with large balcony, small kitchen and a walk-in closet everything in it was quite worn out and far from luxury. This feeling was encahnced by the lack of maintenanc: our room wasn’t fully cleaned before our fourth day of staying! Same applied for the gym, floor was covered in dust for three days in a row. ”Everything in this hotel from the servers, their attentiveness. The size of the fonts on the menu the lighting from the windows is gorgeous and then the private nook areas. Unbelievable the slippers by the bed the fruit bowl in the room the detail of this hotel is amazing small rotary phone.
