”Nobody smiled or said good morning. The room was nothing as in the picture. It was kept very clean so kudos to the cleaners! Outdated shower system. Overall, very high price for the service.”

”I did upgrade my stay as when I arrived only a deluxe king was available. While the rooms are rather small, as are the bathrooms, the hotel is immaculate and comfortable with good linens and furnishings. The hotel is also gorgeous--old world style in the lobby and public areas and several options for food and drink. I found the staff to be really helpful and they even let me leave a night early due to a flight change for weather. ”

”Yöpyminen sujui hyvin, 1 yö. Respassa hieman tyly työntekijä, joka ei muutakuin checkannut sisään ja antoi huonekortin käteen. Ei esitellyt hotellin palveluita, tai ravintolan aukioloaikoja. Huoneessa oli pyyhkeitä joissa oli mm. keltaisia tahroja, respaa ei saanut puhelimitse kiinni joten kävelin respaan itse, sängylle oli tuotu 4 hengen edestä pyyhkeitä ilman viikkausta (tahraista pyyhettä ei ollut viety pois wc lattialta..) Baarissa hyvä asiakaspalvelu ja hyvät drinkit, hyvin NYC hinnoin....

”The hotel is conveniently located near various subway stations. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for food. Places in the Financial District are within walking distance. The hotel is nice and comfortable. I sometimes needed to wait for an elevator for a while (there are three), but never for too long. There is construction going on around the hotel, but it did not bother me in terms of noise. The room and bed were comfortable as well. The room was very quiet. There is no fridge...

”Did not expect much but got whole a lot more! The room was large (although the furniture were somehow too big for the room so not much empty floor space). We had a wonderful corner room with fantastic view to Manhattan bridge and to the city silhouette. The bathroom was new and nice. There is no service in the lobby (but it is occupied 24/7) but if you don´t expect to have some, the room will cover you for the lack of hotel services. Wifi worked just fine. Location was great, very easy to get...

”Todella siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa oleva moderni huone. Ainoa huono puoli, että Manhattanin sillalta alas laskeutuvat metrot menivät läheltä ja niiden ääni kuului huoneeseen. Sain kuitenkin nukuttua hyvin äänistä huolimatta.”
