”This hotel is fantastic. We went with three kids. I highly recommend it. Julian was so kind and sweet with our kids. Gio was our breakfast guy. He was awesome. Martin was at the Bocado and he did a great job. We will be coming back ! The only thing I could complain about is the fact that they said on their website they have kids robes and slippers and they didn’t.
Everything else was five star. The beach was perfect. The food was incredible. The staff was so friendly. I have been to Mexico...

”It is incredible that when you are at the property the staff cannot deliver proper information about th theme park. We were iinvited to visit it on a day it was closed, they did not let us know that and they did not provide any info on how the ticket price works during the soft opening, we had to investigate on tik tok. The property is excellent but this detail changed all our travel experience.”
