”Good - very helpful staff Bad - outdated infrastructure (room smelt a bit mold, staff helpfully gave me a better room after complaining) - bath options limited (no sauna) - MG road close, heavy traffic, nothing special to see - got sick after eating raw "scottish salmon" at breakfast”

Beautiful pool was closed due to Bangalore water restrictions (I was warned when I made my reservation). Will definitely stay again, especially since the other hotels on MG Road are at least double the price.”

”Good hotel, probably nicer than we needed for the time we spent there. Only had breakfast one day due to leaving early the other days, but the selection was pretty good. Room was nice with a decent shower, however the power sockets oddly didn't all fit the Indian plugs we had. Light switches were also a bit overcomplicated. ”

”My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel”

”Alue hotellin ulkopuolella ei ole oleskelun arvoista. Ainoa positiivinen on vieressä oleva uusi metroasema muuten ruuhkaisen kulkemisen helpottamiseksi. Hotellin sisällä on kuitenkin toinen maailma. Puuttuu minibaarin täyttö mutta pullovettä aina saatavilla. Hotellin tupakointitilat erittäin rajalliset. Uima-allasympäristö ei ole kaikkein viihtyisin - eikä muita uimareita näkynytkään.”
