”Staff was warm and welcoming and very insisted on helping with anything possible. I was allowed early check in and decided to extend my stay because of hotel as a whole including staff and proximity to everything. Highly recommended. ”

”The room was spacious with a city view. There were also two complimentary small lebanese sweets and crackers boxes and a big fruit platter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr Mohamed and Mr Fadi at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Special appreciation also to Mr Rabih Nader whow accompanied me in the early morning to find an ATM machine before our travel. They were all very helpful and extra friendly. Would definitely recommend it.”

I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Beirut. Prices were also very reasonable too. ”

” Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception. Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad. Room cards/gym cards , never endless story. If the card is functioning on your door it is not working anymore in the gym and vice versa. Breakfast, the restaurant is dark and sad. People are smoking there and also the...
