”The staff was great”

”During our stay at this hotel, cash was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. We always make sure to close and secure the door, so this was extremely alarming. When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. They also implied that “not enough time had passed” for a theft to occur — an assumption that did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation. We asked for the key‑log records for...

”Needs a serious upgrade, we felt like we were at motel 6. Pool was cloudy and bathroom was dirty, toilet paper holder was broken. The room just looked so dingy”

”Quiet, comfortable stay in a spacious room. Good breakfast and amenities, and excellent overall value. Will book again!”

”While staying there for 6 nights we had a excellent experience. The staff working there were exceptional. During our stay my daughter lost her phone thinking in the pool area. The staff worked hard with me until the phone was found. I thank you again so very much ❤️”

”I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.”
