”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”Only one room was ready at 9 pm the second not til 10 pm. It was a real hardship with two elderly parents and two children to have to wait while the clean rooms to order. Not your typical Marriott stay at all and I am loyal to them. I will say the gentleman on the desk that night was trying his best to accommodate not only me but other guests. It’s a shame they do t set staff up for success with those conditions! I will not stay there again. ”

”Great staff especially at the Restaurant! Eileen and Maddie were amazing! Food and drinks at the restaurant was top-notch! Only complaint was the lack of amenities in the bathroom and there was no counterspace. Towels can also be upgraded given the hotel price.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was very fresh and good to the taste. Loved the scrambled eggs. I will stay again when in Wilmington”

”The maze left dirty sheets on the bed and a comforter had blood on it and everything. It was just nasty and dirty the comforters and the sheets on the TV didn’t work not at all. We had to keep going downstairs telling them about the TV and everything but overall everything else was perfect and except for those two.”

”Breakfast was almost a 5⭐but both days the eggs were not even warm as well as the hash browns and sausage. Something that is offered everyday and hot requires better attention. Variety and other options were great. Room and hotel amenities were clean and staff was very courteous.”

”The overall stay was okay. We were on the 3rd flood. The walls were paper thin! We had people next to us shouting AND could hear them snoring. That is how things the walls were. We barely got any sleep.”

”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning. Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....

”Horrible! I reserved my stay a month ahead. When I arrived i was told that the hotel was overbooked and they had no availability for me. Now imagine YOU coming of an 8+ hour road trip to be told that there is no availability. Please reconsider another hotel before considering Residence Inn @ the Marriot. - they do not value YOU! ”

”The breakfast was awesome. We have seen a sofa in the picture that was not available in the room. The behavior of the staff at the counter while checking in needs improvement. Should be more welcoming, otherwise she was fine. The room was neat and clean, bathroom was very clean, nice. But my wife got a damp smell coming from the shower curtain and bed sheet. Otherwise everything was fine.”

”The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

The inn location provided us convenient access to our western Philadelphia suburban destinations and the surounding countryside was picturesque and inviting. A most enjoyable stay!”

”Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!”
