”The walk behind the hotel is exquisite. It is just breathtaking to walk back there and recharge and see the beautiful scenery. The front desk attendance were outstanding. Everything was just wonderful. Completely unexpected and definitely will return.”

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning. Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....

”It was nightmare experience. 300 bucks and the room was musty/moldy. The staff is either willfully ignorant or brain damaged. Rotten bananas at the cafe No one to order breakfast from. I am a diabetic and that is equivalent to assault. The floor infront of my room 101 was physically wet and squished as I walked on it. All the worst to you people for not making this right. I guess I'll just go to the attorney generala office.”

”I always enjoy my stay but this time I was a little disappointed due to no heater in the rooms and in the rooms there was the sounds of the water heater that didn’t let anyone sleep. I wish I would’ve known ahead of time the hotel was under maintenance repair.”

”The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

”The staff are very friendly and helpful and my room was clean. However, there were problems with the electricity that had to be fixed by shutting it off overnight. This resulted in no hot water and no elevator service the next day. I thought we ought to have received a refund on one night's stay, but that didn't happen. We got a free breakfast voucher, which I used, but now I find that my credit card has been charged for that meal anyway, something I'll have to take the time to straighten out....
