”When I arrived at the room, I immediately noticed that the toilet was clogged. I notified the staff, and they told me they would move me to a different room—something that NEVER happened. I went to speak with the woman working in the lobby, and she was incredibly rude. She told me that the only thing she could do for me was hand me a plunger so that I could unclog the toilet myself. I told her that I absolutely would not do that, as I had paid for a clean room with all amenities in working...

”It’s quite disheartening to choose a supposedly high or top tier hotel and then be nickle and dined with fee’s to park your car, and pay for internet. The room was adequate but quite honestly I could have stayed at a hotel with a price point 1 half the cost and not be charged for internet and parking. I won’t be using this hotel again. Nothing about this experience warrants the need to pay extra for normal things. This isn’t a resort but it is charging resort type fee’s.”
