"Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä, ainoa outous oli se että aamiaista ei saa jälkikäteen ostettua huoneen laskuun. Sama teema jatkuu muuallakin eli ihan kuin hotellin eri osissa oleva henkilökunta/toiminnot olisivat eri yhtiöistä… Yhä yleistyvä hotellien tapa veloittaa ekstraa ennen ko 15 tapahtuvasta aikaisesta check-inistä (vaikka huoneita olisi saatavilla) on ärsyttävä - täällä maksu GBP50."

"Yotel London City hotel is nicely located close to all central attractions. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. Hotel’s idea is to have compact hotel rooms to not waste valuable real estate on anything that’s not essential. My room was too compact to my taste. The only window was in the bathroom but you could only see a windowless brick wall in less than a couple of meters distance from it, no sky, not much daylight either. Luckily the nice people of the hotel upgraded my room to a city view for a modest fee and my trip was saved. The breakfast was a positive surprise, good and plenty. I did not gave any cleaning of the room during my four days as there was ”a deal” to exchange the cleaning to a coupon for some treats in the hotel restaurant. It was a disappointment not to receive the coupon either."

"Sänky oli huono. Olisi hyvä, jos hotellin esittelyssä mainittaisiin että huoneesta ei ole mitään näköalaa ulos. Vastakkainen seinä oli noin metrin päässä huoneen ikkunasta. Ei päivänvaloa, ei mitään näkyvyyttä mihinkään suuntaan."

"The service was very friendly. The room was a wonderful Riverview suite with a balcony. The views of the city were great! The hotel breakfast was great and of high quality, as was the rooftop bar on the top floor and the cocktail bar on the street level. The hotel facilities were very clean and modern. The location is also great, right next to the Thames."
