The apartment is in a great location across from the river with parking on site. It is luxurious, exceptionally clean, spacious and everything feels high quality and brand new - the decoration and style of the building is first class. It is also packed with a lot of smart home features such as lighting, sound systems, large TV and even a robot vacuum to keep the place tidy. The apartment is also dog friendly and being on ground floor is a perfect spot for dog owners with a lot of nearby places for walks. Richard the host is very friendly and helpful and pretty much every need is catered for. This is a much better option than staying in a hotel when visiting Aberdeen and one of the best places we have ever stayed.

The property is in a great location right next to the River Dee. With on site parking making getting around so easy. Richard the host was great, communication was excellent. The property itself was amazing, clean, comfortable with a great use of tech.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great location across the street from the river for a nice stroll on the path by the river. It’s stocked with every possible amenity — even an espresso machine and ice maker. The kitchen is well stocked. The host is exceptionally responsive to any questions that may arise. Check in/out process was seamless. I would highly recommend for a 5-star experience.

Fabulous stay at Marks @ the Manor. Everything you could possibly think of to make your stay perfect was there. Brilliant location and dog friendly too - the icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommend it.

A beautiful retreat

From the beautiful entry into the building to the well-designed details of the apartment, every need is thought of and all are beautifully fulfilled from M&S coffee and tea set up to beautiful linens and top end appliances.

Right next to a beautiful river where people take peaceful walks. Light and bright main room. Lots of tech in the rooms if you're into that. I would stay again.

The owner, Richard, is absolutely wonderful. He was in contact with us the entire time, and he made sure that our stay was exquisite. The apartment has luxury at every corner and is also the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Thank you for a beautiful time! 10000/10 rating!!!!

Better than a 5***** hotel. This place is great. Beautiful, modern. The host is fabulous. If you are passing through Aberdeen... which I also highly recommend.... Stay @ Marks @ The Manor. Oh I forgot to mention.... it comes with a wonderful expresso/cappuccino maker and a set of breakfast and snack goodies.

Superb communication, amenities galore, beautiful location, lovely, comfortable property We came to Scotland to see the sites but were tempted to stay in. The bath had mood lighting, music, and a tv. Great for soaking after a long day of exploring. I’m not a bath person but it was so clean and inviting Attention to detail is an understatement. Appreciated the Canadian flag as part of our welcome Anytime we come to Aberdeen we’re staying at Marks @ the Manor!

Stunning Apartment in great location

Staying in Aberdeen for sporting event with daughters. This apartment was stunning, everything was to a very high spec. I discovered things I never knew you could get in M&S. There was every possible item you could possibly need and we were cooking and eating in everyday. Great to have the dishwasher and washer/dryer so convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean and we felt very safe both in the apartment and in the area which is beautiful by the river and very quiet. We were only 5 minutes from the city centre and 10 from the aberdeen sports centre. 3 minutes from a huge retail park with supermarkets too. Richard was a lovely host, very attentive and fab communication. Definitely would return and would recommend to anyone to stay. Beware you might want to buy all the lovely gadgets for your own home though! The coffee machine was my favorite. The colour changing lights for my daughters.

Our first time in Aberdeen and we very much enjoyed our 5 nights away. The property was immaculate and to a very high standard with everything and more you would need. Richard was very helpful and informative and we will definitely be staying again. Loved the wee touches including M&S essentials
