”I really enjoyed my last minute booking at Toadhals. I thought I was lost, following Google Maps down a rough, unpaved road just off the highway, but the directions were correct. The hostess came out to welcome me and showed me to my room, which was large and comfortable. She recommended a good place to eat supper in Stonehaven, and also directed me to a great walk around the property that went up on the cliffs overlooking the sea. ”The host was very hospitable. There was a living room/dinning room area for guest to use, complete with a small fridge to keep food. There was a well functioning TV in the bedroom as well as one in the common space. The beach was walking distance and if you like soccer they have a league very close to catch a game. The beach is beautiful and there are lots of restaurants and shops along the waterfront. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back to visit here again.”
