”Very peaceful, lovely private garden patios with a stream running past and lots of bird song. Inside, the cottage is equally serene and well thought out, with lots of windows, plentiful hooks in the bathroom and a great walk in shower, as well as a clean and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect, with easy access to all the hiking trails and castles. We loved our stay in this cottage. Perfect!”

”Lovely cottage. Good location too. The only negative was the bugs that woke us up in the middle of the night. A bit scary because they are really big and crawls on your skin. Other than that, still okay.”

”Friendly welcome. The hut was absolutely spotless. Great welcome pack. The hut had everything that you would need. Bed was so comfortable, great sleep. We didn’t have any hot water one day so we messaged for help. We received an instant message back that someone would be there asap. Within 10 minutes max it was sorted which was just a gas bottle swap. Beautiful scenery and was totally relaxing. We could not fault our stay we did not want to leave.”

”Really fantastic and well furnished cottage. The location is great with 2 pubs within a 3 minute walk. The BBQ hut and outdoor seating is perfect and the kitchen had basics available like fruit teas, oil, salt, pepper ect. The only reason for no 5 stars is the bed in the second bedroom is a small double/large single and not big enough for 2 adults. There is also no gate on the front garden seating area which meets directly to the road, so inappropriate for dogs. I would however stay again...

”We had a lovely time. Very quiet rural setting. Good but "gnarly" uphill dog walk from the door on a footpath. The road was narrow winding with no pavement so you needed to go by car to go anywhere else.We could have done with some written instructions for some of the appliances (which were all very good) but Helen could not have been more helpful. Bringing us fresh eggs from their hens and ducks was really nice and made us feel welcome. We were also provided with milk, butter, bread and...

”We were a group of 7 with 2 dogs. The house was brilliant- well stocked and very clean. The facilities that were available for the dogs were outstanding- ranging from free to use dog towels, dog biscuits, a fenced in yard plus a massive meadow for walks!The host Nicky was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. I’d definitely recommend!”
