”Very relaxing stay! It was nice having two bathrooms, too. Note that they are both upstairs in the cottage. Not a problem for us, though. Place was cozy and comfortable. The pub next door closes early so patrons and any noise coming from there ceases early. Bed was comfy, too. ”

”The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. ”Tombeck was nice, roomy, comfortable. Had a large kitchen fully stocked with cookware, oven, stove, kettle, microwave. We liked the large wooden dining table. A great place from which to explore Tomintoul and the Cairngorms. Also has a washing machine and dryer, but no instructions so took some time to figure them out (and the washing machine makes a loud noise and really shakes while running).”

"Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui nopeasti. Huone oli ihanan iso, rauhallinen ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Illallisen jälkeen istuimme hetken ulkona ja takkahuoneessa. Ihana suuri sänky ja hiljaisuus takasivat hyvät yöunet. Aamiainen oli loistava. En tiedä missä voisivat parantaa, täysi kymppi."
