The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"Paving in garden area uneven. Coffee not always available in some bars. Pond needs warning signs, and safety features for young children. More towels needed in room. Reception lady with blonde hair, on arrival, not very friendly. On breakfast, food luke-warm, bacon and scrambled eggs dry and tasteless. ..."

"The Front House manager Craig is awesome and was very responsive. He goes out of his way to ensure that visitors enjoy their stay. The ample bus options make getting to and from downtown Oxford a breeze. Overall, great bang for your buck!"
