”Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

”The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

”Good hotel/ pub, good location alongside river, reasonably quiet. Disappointed with Ironbridge gorge as so many museums closed but not hotels fault. Will use again when return to visit the closed museums”

”Ideal situation to see Iron Bridge and visit museums. Although on the down side there were lots of stairs to our room . The room was clean and beds comfortable but we found it a bit cold . The staff were very friendly and helpful .”

”We have previously stayed up in room 8 at the top of the property where it has been a lot quieter . This stay we were facing the outside of the seating area where we were not able to sleep because of chatting till 02-30 . This was on the Friday night 22/5/26. Bathroom not cleaned properly scum marks in bath and sink. Bath took along time to drain after a shower and all dirty particles in bath after eventually draining . I like the Swan Tap but was disappointed this time .”

”This is a standard, mid-range hotel on a business park. Telford town centre is a 10-minute walk away. It is a modern retail centre, dominated by the big brands with no independent shops/restaurants/pubs. Fine, if that's your thing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous but standard. This is a one-night stay hotel for a specific purpose, not a tourist hotel”
