Unfortunately, this surge in occupancy resulted in some disturbances, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the noise from neighboring guests in both room 201 and room 525. Please be assured that we have addressed these concerns to prevent similar issues in the future.We also apologize for the issues with the air conditioning in room 201. Our maintenance team is working diligently to resolve the cooling and noise problems, and we appreciate your understanding.Regarding breakfast delays and the delayed delivery of the extra bed, we acknowledge our shortcomings in providing prompt service, and we are taking measures to improve our service efficiency during busy periods.We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary elevator situation. Our maintenance team is actively working on resolving the issue, and we expect to have the elevator fully operational soon.While we understand your disappointment with the overall experience, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund due to the unique circumstances surrounding the high occupancy during the EID holidays.
