The newly built house is located in a very peaceful setting a few meters from the sea. In this village, everyday life is marked by slow rhythms, we are in Stazzo, a small fishing village, a quiet place. The house is functionally furnished, with some Sicilian-style details. This structure was designed and furnished personally by me, to give the opportunity to stay in a safe and quiet place where you can park having an internal parking space.

The house was constructed in 2009 its completely new,
and dully furnished ( in the kitchen there are plates, glasses, pots, cable cover,etc) We provide linenfor the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is situated in Stazzo a little village by the sea, where people often fish. Near the house you will find market, bars,restaurants, fish markets,and a post office. You can reach these places on foot or 50m from the house there is a bus stop to nearby towns. The house is ideally situated because you have , on one side, a beautiful garden full of lemons and on the other a balcony with the smell of the sea.

The house is located on the first floor in a two-story building. Entering you enter through the entrance balcony in the living area, where there is an equipped kitchen (including a base of food such as: oil, salt, sugar, spices ... etc) a double sofa bed, two single beds, here you have access to the first bedroom with 3 beds and with bathroom, which overlooks a balcony where there is a small laundry room. From the living area, through an internal staircase you can access the second bedroom (open space) with a double bed and two single beds, there is a bathroom with shower, a terrace equipped with chairs, table, deck chairs where you can take the sun and relax in peace. The house overlooks a fragrant lemon and orange garden. The whole house is covered by wifi.

This house near of the sea, in a typical Sicilian fishermen village near town of Acireale. Here, it seems as if the time didn't move on. Old women and men sitting on a bench, tiny shops, fresh fish in the restaurants and a small center.
The environment close to your village of Stazzo is magnificent. Far ten minutes from Acireale. A city full cherches of baroque influences and the best granita of Sicily (a kind of icecream that is eaten with a sweet piece of bread). Apartment is between Catania with its large fish market Taormina with beautiful squares and the beaches of Giardini Naxos, Etna volcano is still active, the cyclopic coast can be reached within tenti minutes and the rugged gorge of Alcantara is closeby. A little further there are beautiful cities like Syracuse, Noto , Caltagirone , Ragusa.
