We stayed here one night as an alternative to staying in Grand Rapids. The hotel was wonderful. It was updated, new, modern, secure and we had an outstanding meal in the Post Tavern.

I booked this room specifically because it said it had a pool. So disappointed to go down to the pool in the am to find it closed- a crew working on the slide and no towels in sight. Very disappointing

Yes, it is welcome for pets. I don't have a pet. Staff was friendly. Room wasn't clean to the normal standards dust and dirt on the floor, rod for hanging towels and wash cloths was broke.
