”Super musty smell. Lots of water damage. Would have kids stay here. Undoubtedly mold lurking everywhere as everyones sinuses were killing them. Took over month for host response first time. Weeks after. Doesnt check messages. Didnt submit check in process. Had to contact vrbo who connected with him and got rude response like it was out fault. No door code, so have to meet him at front door and get shown around. Hence, need to be there right on time which is inconvenient. Also before booking...

”When I first arrived there was nobody at front desk and there was customers in front of me waiting for help. I had to call the front desk in order for somebody to finally come up to the front desk to help .. then the First room I got was pee stain mattress pads on both beds, it was pee stain that matched up on the mattresses so it was the top sheet that was only changed it looked like it looked like also mold on the mattresses…
there was no elevator so I had to carry all my belongings up stairs...

”There's a reason Blackhawk is the top rated hotel in the Dells. The cleanliness felt on a different level - like, not institutionally cleaned, more like grandma cleaned. The pool was great. The kids had a lot of fun.”

”Breakfast was good - - a variety of different things. Rooms were clean. The walls had some visible areas where paint touchups are needed and had a weird ceiling light above the dresser but other than that it's a nice, affordable place to stay. Close to many of the places we wanted to go to, especially the Outlet.”

”Pretty clean and helpful staff. Only issue was that there was no body wash in the bath tub, there was only one near the sink, Did not call them because I was only staying for a night. Staff was good. ”
