”We had 5 rooms during our stay. We were traveling to this area for unfortunate reasons, but we were instantly made comfortable as soon as we walked into the hotel. Carmen behind the check-in desk was amazing. We had an issue that my card was charged before arrival even though it wasn't supposed to be (another person in our group planned to pay for the rooms, I had only reserved them). ”Decent place to stay. It’s furnished but little else. No frills. It’s on the water but you can only see the water from master bedroom window. We were hardly there so it served our purpose as an alternative to two hotel rooms for friends. Overflow parking and the HVAC unit is right outside second bedroom window.”

”Very rustic looking on outside but beautifully decorated and clean inside. Double size bed took a little getting used to and kitchen table was small. Very nice walk-in shower.. Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen.”

”This villa was clean and quiet, easy to check in and just a half mile from Spanish Springs Square. Having use of golf cart was imperative to us as we used Groome Transportation to get to and from airport. Communication with Tatyana was excellent.”
