”We recently completed a three-day, two-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downers Grove Chicago and were disappointed with the overall experience. The pool was closed for major repairs and is expected to remain unavailable until at least August, possibly longer. Based on the exposed rebar and new concrete forms being installed, this appeared to be closer to a complete pool replacement than a minor repair. ”Room was clean but needed updating bad. Could hear people staying in next room too clearly. We had to ask two times for the toilet in our room to be fixed. Found it would not flush as soon as we got to our room. The maintenance men were very nice and helpful but the front desk host not so much. I have stayed here in the past but I will not return to this location. Also Elevators were extremely slow and only two working out of the three. ”
