”Second time here, nice hotel near the Beach. Great pool area, good breakfast. Easy to go to the City Center by bus ”

”The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. ”

”This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents....

”The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger...

”Location was perfect, close to city center and historical sites. City is busy and little crazy to drive in but is fun if you are up for the adventure. The hotel was impeccable and since the moment we got there the staff was helpful. Digital keys are always hassle free. Room had everything we needed and more. Hotel has only a couple spots for parking if you have a car but only a block away there is a parking garage which had really great service. Also around the corner there is a great...

”Henkilökunta ja hotelli erinomainen. Mikäli auto käytössä, niin vaikea saada parkkipaikkaa.”

”Wonderful front desk staff and beautiful place”

”Kaikki oli erinomaisesti.”

”Moderne en vooral schone studio waar aan echt elk detail is gedacht. Zelfs een wasmachine is aanwezig. Snachts weinig geluiden. Supermarkt om de hoek en winkels vlakbij.”

”The place was excellent, just as we were expecting. Great to stay when traveling alone with kids, it was quiet, safe, clean and within walking distance of almost everything. It was close to a nice public beach, several shops and cultural attractions. Special thanks to Manos for lending us the stroller, it saved our days! Also a plus is the laundry service! ”

”Sehr praktisch und modern eingerichtetes Appartement. ”

”Lovely”

”We stayed in a small village not far from the city center, a place with its own history and wonderful people. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Right next to where we stayed there was a church, and spending time there lets you truly feel the local culture. We stayed in the “Sofia” apartment, which had its own terrace very cozy and homely. There was a kitchen, the only thing missing was a kettle, but overall it’s a very pleasant place with everything you need close by. The host is really friendly...

”Place came with a parking spot, but it was a bit small. Was a very convenient location, had lots of food and coffee nearby. Coming in, the room smelled a bit like smoke, which was not expected. There was a wet towel in the bathroom for some reason, and there were random pipes and holes around the room. Owner was responsive, and the room was not too expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.”
