Very nice hotel with welcoming stuff
I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was extremely welcoming and they even collected me a take away brekkie cause I needed to leave so early for my train. Good clean rooms and hot shower.

Great hotel near Taj
Hotel was brilliant and it was near Taj Majal. Reataurant of the hotel was one of the best during our whole trip in India.

You won't find a better affordable hotel as close to the Taj Mahal. The staff, especially at the front desk, work so well under stressful circumstances. All in all, a great operation!

Good staff. Fantastic shops where you can buy with Taj confidence! Reasonable prices. Shop Manager was very informative, polite and helpful. Roof top restaurant very good but lighting colour too bright, better to have muted colour amber for better ambiance. My room was upgraded but had repaired raw door with nails visible and not even painted. I had pointed this out to front desk. I miss a coffee bar in any hotel, so a major draw beck.

Staff is excellent danish the recipient was above and beyond provide in detail information. Hotel feels good and have positive vibes.. hoghly recommended if u love taj and dont wanna travel and just want to walk .

タージマハルまで徒歩15分で便利なロケーションでした。屋上のレストランでディナーを食べましたが、ライトアップも綺麗で楽しめました。料理もおいしかったです。

A good choice to see the Taj Mahal
Excellent location, walking distance to Taj Mahal. The marble gallery in the basement has the greatest quality we've seen. We bought one here after scouting many other shops. Restaurant food is in good quality. Breakfast is only so-so. Very limited options and no non-veg option. Room a bit small. Bathroom is okay but nothing to write home about. Noise insulation is not good as you can hear noise from outside easily. Staff is super friendly and helpful so it makes up for the shortcomings of the hotel.

Un hôtel de passage. Pratique pour y dormir une nuit (juste à côté du Taj Mahal) mais je ne suis pas sûre que l'endroit soit très confortable pour y passer plusieurs jours. Les équipements sont abîmés, notre chambre était semi-enterrée et il y avait une forte odeur de produit nettoyant. Par contre, nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant sur le rooftop et nous avons été très bien accueillis. C'était très appréciable !

Kamer zat half in de kelder dus enkel met hoog raam, in de badkamer was de deur en hout onder de lavabo helemaal krom en verveld van het vocht. Het bed was erg kort: ik ben zelf 1m67 en mijn voeten kwamen eruit. Er waren kinderen in de gang die ENORM luid waren dus hebben we gevraagd om te verplaatsen. Waarbij werden we wel vriendelijk geholpen en op het derde verdiep gezet. Deze kamer was al een tijdje aangenamer en ook stillere gang. Het ontbijt was mediocre maar opnieuw weer vriendelijk personeel.

We had many issues. Water leaking in bath room floor area, bath room door knob not working(not closing and opening is a big task), fan runs only on one speed(high), AC making weird noises, big noises from top floor day and night. Staff is good.

The Hotel Taj Resorts is in an excellent location within easy walking distance to the Taj Mahal and many small restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the shower was awesome - plenty of nice hot water! Great view of the Taj Mahal from the upper viewing tower on the roof. The only thing that I didn't like was the location of the room - it was subterranean, so the window was up near the ceiling - no way to see outside. I would skip the breakfast and go outside to find something to eat.

Péssimo hotel
Eu havia reservado e pago por 2 diárias neste hotel. No primeiro dia, porém, fui enviado ao hotel Atulyaa ao lado, com menor classificação e mais barato, pois meu quarto foi dado a outro hóspede. No outro dia precisei retornar ao Taj resorts, porém como tive que fazer checkout do Atulyaa é só fizeram meu checkin no Taj Resorts no final da tarde, acabei ficando sem quarto por várias horas. Durante o meu tour que nos deixava no hotel algumas vezes por dia, tive que ficar sentado na recepção, pois não tinha quartos embora houvesse pago por eles. Pior experiência em um hotel que já tive, nenhum respeito ao cliente, este hotel é horrível (os quartos e café da manhã são muito pobres também).

Worst experience ever i have encountered upon arriving, made a request when booked like 4-5 months before that I need one king bed and other twin beds , never listen or care and gave the ugly bed which has dip at the middle cant even sleep well and have to pay extra for my brother to stay. They won’t even care to listen all they said talk to Expedia . What kind of service is expedia provide to their customers like this? Won’t ever gonna use again

ルーフトップレストランが美味しいホテル
タージマハルから徒歩圏内で落ち着いた場所にあるホテル。部屋も特に不満はなく落ち着ける感じ。ルーフトップレストランで夕食をいただいたが、料理のクオリティが高く、かなり美味しく頂きました。ホテルの割には値段も手頃で雰囲気がいいのでおすすめです。

타지마할까지 도보로 이동 가능한 거리라 위치는 좋습니다 옥상에서 타지마할이 보입니다. (옆 호텔 옥상이 살짝 가림) 루프탑, 수영장 등 있을 건 다 있습니다. 직원들이 친절합니다. 와이파이 상태 좋습니다 욕실(화장실,샤워부스 포함)이 넓은 편입니다 냉장고 있습니다. 아쉬운점 : 여기도 헤어드라이어가 없습니다. 냉장고에 성에가 많이 꼈습니다. 외부 소음은 없었는데 내부 소음이 좀 있었습니다 (공사 소리같기도 하고) 이불이 눅눅하고 삐져나온 솜이 오래되어 보입니다 아침식사제공인데.. 음.. 맛은 그닥..

What a wonderful stay with this property was! This property is on top ranking for cleannesses, lovely food, very helpful staff from front office to kitchen and house keeping. Management is very great, friendly and supportive. Walking distance to Taj Mahal. Clear view of Taj Mahal from the terrace of the property. Highly recommended for any stay.

Amazing location, reasonably priced, staff are friendly and helpful. There were some issues like missing bathroom curtain, poor wifi, etc. but they were quick to rectify them. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Food and service at the Taj Terrace is excellent. Service and cleanliness at the hotel can be improved a bit to go for the top ratings. Taj Gallery is nice touch to give an exclusive shopping experience for Agra’s famous marble handicrafts. Overall a decent place to stay at walking distance from The Taj Mahal. If you are getting a nice price deal, go for it. Food will definitely make it worth if nothing else ;-)
