”New hotel, which is always great. Beds are comfortable, rooms is spacious”

”the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

”Room was great size for our family of 4. Pleasantly surprised by the full fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher available to us within the room. And the laundry facility (separate fee) was a true life saver. I would definitely recommend this to everyone”

”Staff was excellent. Room was very clean. Had to ask for additional towels just to have enough for the registered guests which was disappointing.”

”Our experience was pretty good with the hotel and accommodations. The room itself was fine and spacious enough, although we did not like the moving door to the bathroom. Our lower review results from the incident we faced when we returned to our room to see that our door was open, even after we had made sure we had closed it. From then on, we did not feel totally safe in the accommodations.”

”It was okay to sleep for a night and have breakfast in the morning.We arrived at 1:30 am and left at 10 am.The property was clean, but there was no visible breakfast attendant that could clean the tables or refill the breakfast items.”

”The bed was very very uncomfortable. Pillows were great. Refrigerator door was broken, lightening in room was very bad. Drain in tub broken. Pool looked nice but didn’t get to use in our stay. The carpet in the hallways was worn and very dirty. We won’t be back. You get what you pay for .”

”Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do.”

”I get that operating costs have risen but it seems on a stay of 4 nights there should be some level of room service done. There is not enough drying space for towels nor adequate air flow in the room to fully dry towels. This should be addressed.”
